We want you to be happy no matter what. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it within 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Washing Instructions

To wash your pillow we recommend spot cleaning or hand washing however a washing machine is also appropriate, just make sure it is on a gentle cycle with lukewarm water. we also strongly recommend using a front end loader machine and keep the pillow enclosed in a tied up pillow case.

If your pillow has a removable cover please remove the cover and follow the washing instructions above.

Improvement: My mostly sedentary professor husband just loves them. I bought him two. One to take outdoors and 1 for the bed. They are bloody marvellous. I bought my first one from you when you had a small booth at Chadstone back in about 2002! I take my body pillow into hospital with me each time. Their versatility makes them invaluable. So please, just fire your awful new couriers, go back to Australia Post and everything will be marvellous again.

Popshop / couriersplease are damn awful

Due to illness I can no longer drive. Your courier didn't even attempt to deliver the parcel ... they just dropped it off at a newsagents 15 minutes away BY CAR! That's NOT a delivery service. I would really like my shipping costs refunded. I had to ask a neighbour to drive me there to collect something that should have been delivered to my front door! Yes, I was home ALL day when they just dumped the lot at the newsagents (owners words not mine.). This is deplorable service. Funnily enough the people who gain most out of your wonderful products are those with varying degrees of disability.... and yet now, because of a cheap courier, who won't deliver, your customers can no longer get your products. Please go back to Australia Post. They know how to behave and don't shirk their delivery responsibilities.

I finally had to replace my cuddle buddy body pillow case after 10years of having it, the pillow itself is still going strong!
I replaced it with a velvet black cover and it’s just lovely!

We ordered a new sleeve for our 5 year old cuddlle buddy, however the local distribution in the Netherlands are not available anymore, therefore we purchased this all the way at the other side of the planet in Australia. relatively quick delivery (within 10 days) was quicker then expected, very pleased.
